CNEA (Conseil national des employeurs d’avenir) is a French Employers Organisation, representative of employers in 4 professional sectors: youth and popular education, sport clubs and associations, affordable housing for young workers and affordable holiday stays.
Its members’ activities range from youth and popular education, associations promoting access to culture, rights, citizenship and social advancement, sport practice, to environmental protection.
CNEA gathers 12 000 associations and its professional sectors cover more than 300 000 employees.
CNEA’s main role is to negotiate sectoral collective agreements. It represents its members with relation to public authorities, provides its members practical advice about labour laws and sectoral collective agreements, gives them guidance on managing human resources, and offers them training activities.
CNEA is an observer member of the Federation of European Social Employers.
