FEACEM brings together 15 business associations (5 of them state-level and 10 of regional-level nature) linked to the associative movement of persons with disabilities, integrating and representing through them more than 800 Special Employment Centers that bring together more than 48,000 workers with disabilities.
The Spanish Business Federation of Associations of Special Employment Centres (FEACEM) is a non-for-profit business federation, at national level and with an intersectoral nature. It represents and defends the interests of the business associations, in order to improve the sector of Special Employment Centers as a formula for social inclusion.
Therefore, FEACEM is the maximum representative and structuring institution of the Social Economy Special Employment Centers, assuming the sole dialogue with public administrations, social agents and society in general. Feacem participates in social dialogue through the Collective Agreement of centers and services for persons with disabilities, along with other employers and the most representative unions of the sector.
