AESTE is an employer association in the elderly care sector, which currently represents 18 professional entities in the sector in Spain. It brings together 60.000 workers.

The Association of companies of services for the dependence (AESTE) is a Spanish non-profit sectoral business organisation. The main objective is to guarantee quality elderly care services. These associated companies manage 72.000 residential places and provide day care services to 12.000 users, home care to 60.000 users and telecare services to 97.000 users.

AESTE participates and influences decision-making that affects the sector. The aim is to convey their needs and concerns to strategic institutions and organisations to guarantee a people oriented care model and good working conditions.

AESTE is a full member of the Federation of European Social Employers.
